Wanted him to do well but he's not offered anything for me at all. The style of play when there is one is shite, negative. If we do go ahead we sit back and see it out. I haven't enjoyed a single game really except Swansea away and even then we at 1-0 didn't do enough to kill the game. He makes stupid constant decisions. James should be an 8 not a 10. The fact that even now I don't think he knows his best team is weird. Nelson was in the cold then suddenly playing. I don't necessarily blame him for the lack of goals from a striker because they're shit, but we're hardly creating a ton of chances. He seems settled on Daka now at least. We do have a good enough squad to be in the top six, even with the deadwood and mediocre players we have. A more positive manager would have us playing front footed football actually going for it. His championship record is absolutely shite, losing more than he's won.

Before any morning run, events included as they're always 9/10am...I eat barely anything. At most a banana and a protein porridge pot with tea/coffee. Stomach is a bit dodgy at the best of times to have more at that time 🤣

10am for me today and almost similar. Just can't get the clothing right. Got the base layer on, leggings long socks, hat and gloves. Open the door and realise it's even colder and windier than I thought. Get the running jacket out too. Get 3/4k into a 10k light run and realise I'm too hot especially on the back 😂 Was only two weeks ago it was like 12 degrees

Hard to judge what to wear outside atm. Did a 21k today mostly at a lighter pace but it's the wind I hate the most. Really makes it colder than it should be, had to stop after 5km and put a light jacket on I luckily brought with me. Maybe a shirt only was ambitious. Still in shorts too but think it will be the tights next run.

Just done my 30k PB of 2:28, four mins of a stop at HM point included. Moving pace 4:49. Absolutely knackered though. Mentally I struggle to get my body going much past HM point, the legginess comes into play massively. I do think I don't give myself loads of time to recover though, only a week ago i did 50km and ran 280+km in October. Did get my third best HM time today too which is decent considering that wasn't the aim. My Strava prediction of Marathon time is 3:12 😂 I agree with the other predictions it has done but that one is ambitious! But on we go, that's the aim anyway 👍 Need to do a parkrun soon and have a crack at my 5k PB time
