Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR
Fox92 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Some cracking away days next season in League One tbf. -
He played for both teams as well, I know much more for Middlesbrough, so I thought at least one might have gone for him.

Mads Hermansen sold to West Ham - Official
Fox92 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Aside from Hermansen is better than any goalkeeper we currently have. Even if we paid £15m back to West Ham for him (which I know will not happen) then it's a good move for us, especially considering he is only 25. -
This is when the club started to turn around. If anyone had a dream, it was Pearson.

'I Want People To Be Closer' - Khun Top Speaks

KPFC loyalists will be loving this. -
I'm not disagreeing it was time for him to go, and with the squad we had we should have been performing better, but you're criticising Rudkin/Board for signings under some managers but not others (mainly because you continue your dislike for Rodgers). I have not a clue if Rodgers was given more reign than other managers, that is something that seems to crop up a lot without actual evidence, but overall our signings ended up not good enough and I attribute that to Rudkin/Board because it's been happening over a long period now and under different managers. The actual choosing of players, transfer fees and long contracts have been appalling. Even under Maresca, a successful manager here, we wasted money on Cannon and Coady. Don't know who a thread about a left back, again a poor signing, has turned into this but it's all on Rudkin/Board and nobody else.
-
Of course Maresca dropped points but we still won the league. He might have had a couple of weeks where we were poor but we were still great over the course of a whole season. That's why we play seasons. Our current manager will end up dropping more points, we've already drawn more games than we did under Maresca. There's as much revisionism from me as there is from you. I am not comparing managers. Our current manager is not good enough and nothing will change my mind on that. He is the manager so he is a big problem, maybe not the main problem, but a big problem. Personally I have never said we would be top 2. I've always said we should be top 6 and anything less than that is failure with the players we have. You have listed players - Winks, Skipp, Vestergaard - that would pretty much get into a lot of squads in the division. We have dropped points to Portsmouth, Oxford, Blackburn etc - go and ask them if they want these players because my guess would be yes, and that's not even taking into consideration the likes of Fatawu - our squad, relative to the division and opposition, should still be one of the stronger ones in the division. If the manager cannot get a tune out of them then we need a new one and I have wanted a new manager ever since we dropped points to Wrexham. We only just squeezed past Wednesday's B team ffs. It's not good enough.
-
Tbf, again, nothing wrong with the manager (in this instance, Rodgers) saying he wants players/backing but then it comes back to the guy with the job title "Director of Football". Can't pick and choose what to blame Rudkin/the Board for.
-
Yet is still a better squad than the opposition we are dropping points against. Of course poor recruitment has dragged the team down but that's been happening for years. Nobody made this excuse for previous managers. "Our defence is slow & error prone" yet the manager continues to pick the same players. Nothing ever changes. We had to wait 13 games for him to pick Nelson ffs. A manager like Pep would not struggle to get a tune out of these players considering Maresca was able too.
-
I wouldn't have thought so considering what they're charging us.
-
Yes. The squad is one of the strongest in the league. Please explain why we should be dropping points to Wrexham, Portsmouth, Oxford (granted we had 10 men), Blackburn, Millwall and Hull (the latter of which, Hull, hired a new manager and had a transfer embargo). We are currently below two teams promoted from league 1 and level on point as the other promoted team. This manager is failing us.

Be patient for what? Another relegation? This has been happening year after year and nothing has changed. Divisions and club sizes (we're bigger than Norwich btw) have nothing to do with it. Doesn't matter if you're in the Premier League or League Two. At the end of the day there is more people willing to get behind protests at Norwich. Our fans have been brainwashed by King Power. On Saturday at Norwich, I joined in with Rudkin Out/Sack The Board as I always do and the bloke next to me bizarrely told me how I was wrong. We had a debate but I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Well, actually I could. There are not enough people behind any form of protest, not even simple chants, within our fan base. We seem to have a different attitude to fanbases that actually protest such as West Ham, Leeds, Everton and seemingly even Norwich. Good on fanbases like this.

My favourite goal of his remains that equaliser at Elland Road in 03/04. Not only a fantastic player but a fantastic captain too and, especially in his last two seasons, without him I don't think we maybe even get promoted. Adams said without Izzet we were just an average team and I think that was proved once he left (granted losing Dickov was a blow too).
-
Bit weird when some of them still call him the Boss or whatever they say.
-
Not too bad those. Obvious Coventry was gonna move. Stoke not to bad being early, still easy to get too.
-
Robins was mentioned but also got laughed off by many people. Probably cause it's not as attractive as naming some European as manager. Not that I think Stoke will finish top 6 but he certainly knows how to work with budgets and how to build a squad, which is what we need.
-
He still palms the ball back into dangerous areas. Been doing it all season and did it again against Middlesbrough. I don't feel safe with him in goal but I don't feel safe with all the defence if I'm honest.
-
We can win this. Even by our standards they are shocking, although did have the majority of the chances against Hull and still lost.
-
This is blasphemy!
-
Piper is the same person that kept saying "I'd rather experience all the highs and get relegated instead of nothing at all like other clubs" when we were getting relegated in 22/23.
-
The manager is also an issue.
-
Decent prices, I was expecting more. Can’t wait for this, it’s been too long without a league game at Derby.

It’s going to be comedy.
