With all the comforts that Seagrave has to offer? Surely not.. Seriously, though, there's a lot of talk about "attitude issues" (often turning up late for training, not making much effort when he's there, and so on), which may help to explain why Cannon is being moved on. Hope the proceeds of the sale will be put to good use in the next two weeks..
