Theyre just well aware that they don't need to pretend to hate each other for ratings. Very much doubt Usyk or Fury would have any interest in an agreement. All set for a good scrap, I hope Usyk does him again. Buzzing to see how Itauma deals with McKean. Good performance and win and he will be on track for some big fights in 2025.

This is incredible from Gates! What a guy

With Rudkin running the show, there's every chance it could happen Man I remember when Bruce was managing you and you nearly signing Hamza Choudury from us...how things change. -
Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

The elbow to the back of the head was much worse than the glasses taking, which was hilarious Would have been class if the guy chinned Cunha. -
That Cunha video gets funnier every time I see it

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
filbertway replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Let's be fair, Ruud has been against a resurgent West Ham and 2 top 6 sides in his first fortnight as manager. As well as losing our 3 best central midfielders. As long as we see corrections and improvement that's all we can ask. If the same issues don't get fixed over a period of time, then it's an issue. Making any judgement either way atm is completely pointless. That being said - if Danny Ward starts the next game then him and anybody involved in that decision need sacking and banning from football -
Yes! Great shout! I feel like Riise would have been a superb pen taker. If I was the keeper, rather than risk getting smashed, I'd just move out the way and let him roll it into the empty net.
-
Best penalty taker is Graham Alexander. Closely followed by Matt Elliott and Julian Dicks.
-
I was only a regular keeper from 8-18 and listening to commentators talk about goalkeeping is one of the most annoying things about watching football. As a genuine top class Keeper I can't begin to imagine how annoying they are
-
Unfortunately they're on the same side of the draw so a Luke v Luke semi final feels likely.

He might just be an intelligent guy... "we're probably going to lose to Newcastle..it's a strain...all science and logic tells me that i'm going to be busy and playing it will make it worse" Could have done with Rodgers applying the same logic to Vardy so he didn't spend 30 minutes running around in extra time making his injury worse.

Its a very strong league, the money is allowing smaller teams to catch up the the tradionally bigger teams. The league is incredibly competitive now. Especially now almost half the league qualifies for Europe we will keep seeing those European positions change places as the smaller clubs deal with juggling Europe and league duties.

Id question his intelligence if he decided to walk away from 2 million a year to try and prove he's a good keeper, when he knows himself it isn't true.

Speaking to a Newcastle fan last night and he fancied us to pinch it 1-2 today Sounds like they've got a lot of injuries and really struggling atm. I dont know what to expect, but just another good performance I'll be happy with tbh.

Getting "I can fix him" vibes from Ange. I enjoy his Kamikaze football, but he's on a hiding to nothing if players like Werner, Solanke, Johnson and Maddison are regularly starting. Werner, Solanke and Johnson are all unbelievably inconsistent, Johnson probably being the best of the bunch. Then you've got Madders who on form is superb but also a massive liability in that he's got absolutely no fight or urgency on the pitch and can go weeks or months putting in 5/10 performances.

I was hoping for some details because I'm confused as hell I look forward to Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Man U getting battered if this is against some kind of rules.

If you've not had a reply/action by tomorrow morning then I'll fully support MEGA DISLIKING Banbury It is pretty poor, I feel like they should have just automatically refunded all purchases and then if you want to go again you can buy tickets again when it's rescheduled. At some point the volunteer excuse runs out and it starts feeling like a tactic to keep people's money.

You ever spoke footie with @StriderHiryu? Pep's been incredible and I say again, he's a great manager. Few managers can maintain that kind of consistency over a long period of time. Especially when any other time, Klopp would have walked away with multiple league titles and trophies. I realise you're taking exception to me saying that Rodri's absence is the only reason they're suffering, which is fair enough. Statistically though they have been conceding a higher number of chances and the highest average xG (i.e. better chances) in his absence. The fact that some very mediocre teams are finding it easy to combat them right now suggests to me that it's far from a coincidence. They don't really have anyone else that does that role. Not only his physical side, but he's also technically gifted enough to slot seamlessly into Pep's style. Even the games they won just after Rodri's injury have all been close. Relying on Gvardiol and Stones to limp past a poor Wolves. Only beating Russel Martin's Saints 1-0. Couple of battering's against Prague and Bratislava. I'd fancy us to stick 3 or 4 past them. It's probably fair to say it's somewhere in between, but I think Rodri being injured is a major cause of Man City's current struggles. The mans basically been an ever present for 4 years.

The man's class and one of the few managers that have taken massive resources and put them to great use. Again, there's a select few people that can't differentiate between "there isn't a correct way to play football, team tactics should be tailored to the abilities of the available player" and "O U FINK ALL TEEMS SHUD KIK IT LONG! DYNOSAW!" Nothing I can do about that.
-
Really hoping that Pep losing his professional foul expert, which is essentially the cause of them going on this terrible run, makes people realise that there's not a "correct way" to play football. That group of players should never be on this run of form. Not saying Pep's not a great manager because he clearly is. I am saying that there's not one correct way to play football and this run proves that if nothing else. It's still important to adjust your tactics to the players you have available. So maybe every single coach that goes through the FA shouldn't be taught that there's only one way to play and we'll stop seeing non league and lower league CBs being asked to treat the ball like a top quality play maker.

After reading the opinions of some key players I'm going to have to try out Bath Hotel in Sheff next weekend on the annual Joe Carnall Xmas show trip. Can't believe I've never heard of this place. Been about 5 years since i've been in the Rutland Arms as well, will have to have a festive pint in there as well.

Pass, i'm absolutely certain we can find better for cheaper than £30m. Willing to accept a direct trade for Golding though.
