Given there were rumours about Farke in the summer.... I could see Leeds trying to get BR or someone like that in even before the end of the window. Farke is useless at Prem level with bigger personalities, should have just pulled the trigger in the summer and took the stick for it!

I wouldn't underestimate the impact 3 or 4 new additions could have, regardless of who/what they are. We've had one new player at the club since last summer. A real rarity these days! The impact a few players who haven't been scarred by a horrific relegation and two dog shit managers can have could be incredible. *This is absolutely me setting expectations for a fair few unknowns/squad fillers....

Will there be lots? The majority of premier league match day squads have at least two talented youngsters on the bench that would have ordinarily gone out and had a breakout championship season. Plenty more I know but the real top quality ones who can make a big difference in the Champ are now part of prem first team squads.

You’re all absolutely right, we should also dispose of Ricardo, Alves and anyone else who has had a knee injury. There’s ZERO possibility they’ll play a good game again. Last year was a shocker for him granted. But I’m not going to call someone who misses 6 games a season injury prone and I’m not going to judge him on an ACL as a teenager!

Injuries last season aside, to say this would be anything other than a coup is a bit mad. This is someone who played an integral role in Arne Slots final season (and has played for and been an integral part for him twice…) Loan with an option if he stays fit all season, ****ing too right!!
