I’ll DM you! Looking for a ticket to collect at the ground -
Does not look to get beyond his man any more. Looks a shadow of the attacking force we saw pre-ACL injury. I really hope his confidence comes back.

Wesley Fofana - He is no more - finished - forgotten.

Wondering if the third bid has been rejected 👀 -
Re: agreeing terms, I think it is an easy rule to circumvent as everyone works through intermediaries now. Basically it’s like: someone not at Chelsea, but working with Chelsea goes to a mate of Fofana’s, or a representative and says: “Would Wes be happy with X terms?”. And obviously this isn’t contractual but it is avoiding the whole tapping up question.

Half of our squad wants to leave for big 6 clubs, the other half are deadwood who won’t leave. Why on Earth would Poch want to join Leicester now? Maybe a season or two ago.
-
Do you think any other managers would achieve this? the margins in football are so fine. A few draws to a few wins, that’s all it takes. If you look at why we haven’t achieved top 4 in the previous two seasons, it was because we simply didn’t have the squad depth compared to the other teams. Last season we were totally exposed by loads of injuries. Blindly blaming BR is very easy to do, but outside of our micro perspective as Leicester fans, most clubs outside the top 6 would take him.

The only managers we will be able to attract a will be a relegation scrap manager, rather than an attractive and progressive football manager. Who would join a club in our state of flux at the moment? Brendan Rodgers objectively is one of the most successful managers we have had. Quite clear the state of the squad is not great at the moment. The club are unable to make changes. Are the problems mainly tactical? No. The whole team is unsettled because of transfer speculation, it’s very unhelpful. Will a change of direction help? Maybe, but longer term I really worry where we are heading.

Would love a ticket. Don’t get to go to games as much I as I’d like, and this is my local fixture… anyone have a spare? Please 😇

You might wanna check your maths

if it’s a permanent or loan with a buy option, sure. I think CHO looks like a real talent and hopefully he will have something to prove having not had a chance at Chelsea. If it is just a loan as a sweetener for the Fofana deal, no thanks. I would hate for us to be used as a loan farm club for Chelsea. We are surely better than that.

I think he's a gonner, it is just when, not if. If our price is £85M, and they're willing to pay it, let's just stop playing games. Better for all parties if it is agreed quickly. Really hope we have someone else lined up so we don't end up playing silly buggers with teams who know we have a wad of cash. -
It’s a bad situation. Youri / Arsenal can just sit and bide their time, knowing that we probably need to sell him to bring in reinforcements. Meanwhile the further this drags on, the weaker our hand is. And there is no incentive for Youri to sign a contract until the last minute… this could be a long summer.

Also keen for a single ticket or two, meet at the ground. Please DM! -
Imagine signing for that long he’d have a buyout clause…? Or am I being pessimistic? Imagine regardless he’d probably be the world’s most expensive defender if a team were to activate it

On the fence now. It feels things have gone very stale. Obviously in the heat of things, it was very embarassing, and not for the first time this season. BR seems to keep pushing the rhetoric of "the expectations are too high". However, the squad has been improved upon and invested in (I'm not saying it is better, merely, there is more depth), and I don't think anyone could argue that we're not underachieving this season, given the squad we have. We have had a tonne of injuries. But today was as close to a full strength team as we've probably had all season. That being said, if Leicester were to get rid of BR, who would be worth bringing in? People say Potter, who might not even want to leave Brighton, and they certainly wouldn't just let him walk free. Also, I don't really see Potter as an upgrade on BR. The only option of managers we are going to attract are going to be either unknown quantities or straight downgrades on BR. I think what's worrying is BR doesn't really sound that interested to continue fighting.

£33m release clause, but will require over £160k a week salary. I don’t think he’d come here, sadly.

When Maddison plays well, the team plays well. It’s that simple. Immense performance. Clean sheet huge also
