  1. Think we’ve signed a more reliable RW than Fatawu. The fact that his previous club’s fans are disappointed to see him go, and call him things like “league one cheat code” make me feel very positive about this business
  2. As in most disagreements the truth nestles between these two extremes. His passing and forward movement isn’t exemplary, they’re just his strengths and are mid Championship kinda level. He should look good in lg1, but he’ll look mediocre again in the Prem. As OwnGoal originally stated he looked ok with great players around him, as per HC, but hasn’t looked standout in the league below with comparable ability players surrounding him. The frustration, rather than “hate”, directed at both is possibly there lack of progress since breaking into the side 6+ years ago.
  3. Ayew’s replacement then
  4. It’s terrible, but I’d want more than 8.3% to lend LCFC / KP money. It’s actually quite competitive given our risk profile
  5. I’m all for slating Rudkin, but isn’t the evidence you seek there in bricks and mortar… you must have seen the videos of Seagrave? It’s hard to argue it’s not up there with the best training facilities in the world
  6. There’d be more words because lawyers are paid by the hour, but that would be the gist of it
  7. I’d imagine that this would be just covered off in a contractual term, along the lines of: “The previous owners are responsible for any costs of litigation in progress”
  8. Another victim of the awful dressing room we have? / had? Was a breath of fresh air initially, full of enthusiasm, excited to take players on, even tracked back and battled well. As the dressing room deteriorated so did his performances, possibly as he tried to do more single handedly. His career will track higher than Leicester’s for a good while at least. Sad to see him go although it was inevitable and unfortunately necessary
  9. Both are able to drive forward with the ball at their feet too. I really can’t understand why Nelson is so underrated on FT
  10. I’m not sure going to Spain means anything at all. The nature of transfers are unreliable / unpredictable so the selling club have the attitude “you’re our player until you’re not, so we carry on with our preparations and ignore the noise”
  11. How much of the current negotiations and player sales are down to JM? Is Rudkin still involved and if so to what extent. Anyone have the inside track?
  12. I still don’t understand why there’s negativity around BN, at 22 he’s a young centre half, with a Johnny Evan’s type player next to him he’ll be fine now. In 3 years he’ll be breaking into the England full squad.
  13. Such an odd signing if he is 3rd choice. A third choice keeper with our finances is a luxury we can’t afford (especially as emergency loans are allowed if no fit keeper available). If we do find it necessary to have one then surely sign a young prospect that can improve throughout the season and play the couple of games if required
  14. To League One within 10 years. Inexcusable incompetence
  15. Or his transfer strategy: Rid No Junk
  16. I can’t believe we’re considering selling him, I must rate him higher than the club or FT!
  17. Thank goodness for that!!! Thought the heat had got to you!
  18. Surely even Harry Winks isn’t thinking that an England recall is possible!
  19. Nope, he seems completely at odds with the attributes the manager wants for his system, no functioning organisation would recruit someone this unsuitable for their new leader. Welcome aboard Arthur!
  20. Read somewhere this morning that Monaco aren’t taking the option to buy, so he’s back to us. Was it not an obligation to buy?
