I’ve not heard Rudkin tried to leave, but if he did then demonstrations will help to seal the deal. They’d be irate because Thai family honour is a huge deal, and tbh I used “mum” as a disparaging way to express family (Ie. His mum told him off). It might come across as a loony minority, and no matter what the message that may be how they choose to see it. Does that mean we should enjoy our larb flavoured snacks and keep quiet whilst watching our club fall through the leagues???
-
5- Top goes home to his irate family asking why he’s bringing shame on their empire 6- Top has to explain that he’s trying his best, investing £100m+ per season but it’s all going wrong 7- His mum tells him to either sell the club or get a better DOF 8- Either way Rudkin is out, the plane has achieved its objective.
-
That question mark vastly improves the message
-
Sorry, I was too blunt… I see your point, mine was largely agreeing with you but in my typical terse way!
-
Fair point
-
Exactly. It’s a positive statement attributed to nobody, so Top / the media will attribute it as they wish. It will be understood as “despite their ambitions the board have been criticised for their execution” It’s a let off they don’t deserve
-
I don’t doubt they blindly hope … Ambition, to me, implies the coupling of hope with a modicum of planning, that makes the hope at least a possibility. That lack of competence means I’m unwilling to credit them with ambition instead of wild hope

Sack The Board King Power Out Are the two statements that can’t be misunderstood / misquoted / twisted as somewhat sympathetic with KP /Top / The Board
-
I think you’ve taken his post as support for your view when it isn’t. “Premier Ambition” at best is woolly and clumsy, but at worst gives the board credit for their ambition …. Why??
-
I’m 55 and watched us since the 70s. Couldn’t be more KP out!!
-
I’ll cover his refund to keep “KING POWER OUT”

They will turn eventually. If they can’t see the problem now it’s likely to be a critical thinking / intellect issue. If it is then some will need to see the same messaging consistently, when enough of those people turn then the rest will follow as they are only comfortable being part of the majority.
-
It’s their knowledge and experience that the problem!!! That’s exactly why they need to go!!
-
Top, Rudkin, Whelan are the problem. Top shows no sign of ever solving the problem. King Power / Top out is the solution. “King Power Out” is the most direct and powerful message to achieve this.
-
No it doesn’t

We really do live in a world obsessed with apologies
-
The lack of activity in this thread is frightening. There’s simply nothing left to say about how badly run we are. I feel that apathy completely, but also know that my apathy is contributing to Rudkin keeping his job. We need to find some energy from somewhere to hound the shambles of a Board out of our club
-
If Top / King Power shut us down tomorrow ……

Hibs - for no other reason than I love “Sunshine On Leith” and how they sing it, and quite like their home kit! -
Watched on TV and maybe it was just the camera but he looked fat today, which would explain why he’s so slow and lazy
-
What was Enzo’s quote? “Football them to death”?? With our half hearted, disorganised press they will keep the ball and exhaust us… and score 6-7 in what looks like 2nd gear pfffffft difficult to be enthusiastic anymore isn’t it!?
-
I often wonder why people clap when there’s really every reason not to. I think it’s partly a muscle memory type instinct. <Player subbed> Clap whilst looking over to the bench to see who’s coming on <Final whistle> Clap whilst wondering if that’s the worse game you’ve seen, looking at your feet to check you had the last of the Pepsi Max
-
That’s a terribly written headline!!
-
Logic is getting a real flex here?

Has he previously offered his resignation? I hadn’t heard that before, when was it? -
Yeah agreed…. I’m glad you fathomed out what we were trying to do … I couldn’t!
