I’ve also played in goal at an ok standard and two of those goals today I’d have been mightily disappointed to concede. 3-2 with a competent keeper

I’m trying to remember the goals as I only saw them live…. The one that hit the post and then out he was completely static for, did nothing to position himself to stop the shot. The poor back pass Mads / Kasper or any other decent keeper would have sprinted out to the ball and spread themselves. He literally stands in his goal like a table football goalie it gives the attacker such a massive advantage

3-2 or possibly 2-2 with Mads in goal tonight. He really is stealing a living as a professional goalkeeper

Chris Davies has been doing really well at the blues, but they’ve been really ambitious with their recruitment. Apparently FFP doesn’t apply in L1 so they’re spending new owners money now so they aren’t restricted

Very poor today. Their winger had made 10+ crosses within 30 minutes. I thought Cooper plays him for his physicality? He looks slow, weak, and poor in the air!

Picked our best side and I was happy enough with the first half. Although Justin was really poor and their winger had a field day. They made the midfield tweak at half time, Cooper didn’t react. Our mistakes cost us, but we at least tried to chase the game. It seems we don’t have a plan with the ball. I’m not sure what happens in training but it’s not obvious on the pitch. Vardy shouldn’t be playing more than an hour and should know that so he can put more into that 2/3rds of a game. Some learning shown by Cooper, but then some typical mistakes … no tactical reaction and too few subs made too late. I actually thought there was a hint of a player in Soumare today

I think Okoli looked poor on his first outing and took a few games to bed in. But he’s improved with every game and now looks a really solid CB to me
