Understand some are scarred, but at the end of the day it's a player we supposedly received a 5m bid for in January that we'd be losing for free next summer. He's not the finished article but maybe that's the point, good business as long as it's not a high wage.

Also as already pointed out, I presume our keeper coaching is still being handled by someone that’s moved up from the academy as we haven’t announced anyone else yet? Perhaps he could benefit from us employing someone with a bit more high level experience.

First goal he can parry it away better, but the second is just unfortunate imo. He’s won us points this season on his own too it’s worth adding. He’s still very young in both keeper terms and his career experience. We all want this team built around our youth - not sure we can moan when the inevitable inconsistency rears its head from that.

Everything about this game is ass. We’ve started poor, Ramsey’s heads fell off, They’re crap, the ref is crap, and we’re going to labour with 10 men for the next hour.

Love how we bring in 4 players and some people genuinely expected/hoped them all to start off the bat and the others to be discarded and never be seen again. Football doesn’t work like that and we needed a squad.

Nelson is also carrying a knock, missed out on the England U21 matchday squad in the week.
