That is not what I was saying. How can Brendan have predicted how awful his players would be. They let him down. The hatchet boys will have a field day today blaming him. He could have played better than them I predicted a bad season before it kicked off, and next season will be as bad, if not worse, with our best player exiting to join other clubs. Psychologicaly the players are flawed, after their great season last year. A repeat of the season after we won the Premiership. No motivation, and no guts.

Don't blame BR, he's not on the field. It's the players who are to blame. Some of you need to understand that. Those saying BR out are complete tossers.

I have to put my hand up and admit to the "Friar Tuck" look. When I look in the mirror I see my front hair and no baldness, which is why I sit in front of it all day long. Old age is a heavy burden to bare, but I guess I cope ok.

Never met the guy, but many belated happy returns of the da, Bernie. It seems you are a living legend.

Brendan ts a certainty to join MU, imo. When,I don't know, but suspect sooner rather than later. The big problem is he is likely to be followed by one or two players, and Ndidi and Fofana will leave for new pastures in the summer. A new manager will need to be of proven quality, and not gambles we have taken in the past. His man management skills will be paramount. We know that BR, will be impossible to replace on a one to one basis.

It's been a very bad year all round for crisp growers.

Kasper was out of position and allowed Leeds to score. -
YOUR CRAZY.

Let's be honest, there is no one who would come here, who is better than Brendan. We have had a good time since Claudio arrived, but our chances of staying in this situation, are I feel, now over. As I said recently, it will take a huge injection of cash to keep us at the top, and that of course won't happen. It would be extremely naive, to think we can hang on to our best players, come the summer, so sadly, we should brace ourselves for slipping backwards. J V is slowing down a bit now, and where do we find another gem like him?

LCFC 1-1 Spartak - Post-Match Thread
DANGEROUS TIGER replied to StanSP's topic in Leicester City Forum
As I said before, we can't compete in European football. I predicted a ninth or tenth place finish in the Premiership, before a ball was kicked, and see no reason to change my mind. What is so frustrating is that we have the ability to play great football, but seem to have lost the fighting spirit that produces it. Only a huge injection of cash would put things right in the longterm, and that is not going to happen, so I envisage things will get worse, but wont get better. -

No sweat. Home win. -
Knee jerk reaction, and unfair to Brendan. The players were poor, especially in the first half. They let B R down.

His ability will shine, but it's early days still.

Brentford 1-2 LCFC - Post Match Thread

I'm a very happy bunny. Good away win, but Brentford look pretty good, and I don't think they will be in any danger of going back down. Certainly hope not. -
The Birch (taken away in ambulance)
DANGEROUS TIGER replied to dorsetboy's topic in Leicester City Forum
Always known him as "The Birch", since he arrived in the 70s, courtiousy of Jimmy Bloomfield. He was a great header of the ball which was far heavier in those halycon days, and appears to be a cause of dementia. Great to see he appears clear of that, and is safe and sound at home, following his feeling unwell. Leicester without him, woul be like fish without chips. What a great guy he is, bless him. -
This.

Whahay! Man. U. are RED FACED DEVILS tonight. Their bollocks will be up their backsides. So fvcking sad for their fans. -
The ref. needs a white stick, methinks. Ridiculous refereeing.

Corbyn? Wasn't he the guy who lived under a stone?

And?

Tielemans just doesn't seem bothered to play. He's got itchie feet to move on. Even Kasper is not at his best.On recent performances, most of the team look positively bad.
