I think you can be solid with Bacundo or El Khannous instead of a 3rd DCM while providing that much needed creativity. We know Bacundo has a good work rate and tenacity and El Khannous is known for his pressing. While I actually like Ayew I think he’ll be handy later in game if winning and Mavididi should maintain a high work rate but better creative output.

It doesn’t make a lot of sense. We can’t seriously be going with Vardy Ayew and Mavs. Two aren’t real strikers and one we can’t heavily rely on as good as he is. I hope our plan isn’t that Nantes Striker. Abject failure to get this sorted and leaving it to the last day. I’d be happy to go with Fofana probably only gettable option.
