The squad age, and even more so the managers age which is frankly a bizarre point, isn’t the problem. In my opinion. Of the starting 11 yesterday only Vardy (38), Ayew (33) and BDCR (31) were over 30. And of them it’s only Vardy who looks old for a footballer. This is my opinion, but with the right manager this squad could definitely stay up. Cooper had us close but Ruud has overseen a significant downturn in points and performance. His selections, motivation, tactics and in game management are way below what we need to keep this squad up. Wrong appointment definitely, but he’s not got enough.

Well there is. You’re confusing a fact with an opinion. Vesty, JJ, Ricardo, Faes, Coady, Winks, Skipp, Ndidi, Ayew, BDCR, Vardy, Daka have all made plenty of games in the Prem as stated. Point being this isn’t some wet behind the ears bunch of kids, these are experienced Prem players that Ruud is getting nothing from.

I’m not talking handed out by some pre-pubescent YTS lad when you walk in. I’m talking under every seat. And folded for you. With an elastic band.
