Not a tv show but i was a kid on a board game box back in the late 80's called Feed Fido, it clearly flopped.

It may have been a lunchtime programme taking place outside but the presenter said something like 'We have some visiters from a school in Leicester' and the camera went zoom. So ended my 5 seconds of fame. Although years later I was a co-star in a documentary 'The Story of Down Not Out' of which I am quite proud of. I am counting that.

EDIT: (These two are not tv shows - I need to read the title before posting) And was in a Strongbow ad. Many years ago I was interviewed in the States by the local news when Larry Bird retired.
