Voll Blau Posted 24 December 2015 Share Posted 24 December 2015 For the same price as an adult ticket I've paid for flights, match ticket and a couple of pints in Bochum the same weekend. :xmaslaugh:
promised land Posted 24 December 2015 Share Posted 24 December 2015 Away section now split over 3 tiers, so the singing could be a bit disjointed as those right up in the gods won't hear those on the front of level 1.
Dan LCFC Posted 24 December 2015 Share Posted 24 December 2015 The only thing that's half tempting me is the position of the two teams in the league. I'd be out otherwise.

Suggy fox Posted 27 December 2015 Share Posted 27 December 2015 Just to put things in perspective to take my daughter to this game will cost 22 pds. I've just bought a half season ticket at newcastle utd for her which is ten games and includes sunderland, man utd and city and spurs and cost 25pds for all ten. Having said that I really want to go to this game and will pay the money so who's the idiot

So by that logic a half season ticket if sold would be 25. Infact if I moved to the family stand she would be free. I don't get your point. You are comparing 2 entirely different things. Suggy fox Posted 27 December 2015 Share Posted 27 December 2015 The point is some clubs are charging a fortune to go to one off games yet some are offering great deals for whole or half seasons . Just wish there could be a happy medium for those who can't commit to going to every game

Cuz as I have shown our season ticket prices are competitive. It's the same at all clubs.
Suggy fox Posted 27 December 2015 Share Posted 27 December 2015 Newcastle to be fair are a pretty cheap tickets and a home ticket against city for an under 18 would probably be 12 pds and I think they charge the same for away although could not be certain. They and leicester both seem to offer really good tickets to both home and away fans when on tv etc I've been down to leicester on a few occasions and found it great value for money , I'm not arguing that season tickets are not competitive I think they are great value I just wish if I want to go and take my daughter to watch an away game it didn't have to cost me nearly 70 quid plus travel etc.

You keep trying to compare things against something that is not equal. You have taken a guess at what Newcastle are charging for a home game. Ignored the fact that you can get in at our place for free until you are 10 in one area. Then moved on to away prices. Well arsenal away is set to be 27 quid. Last year it was 25/26 and that's for an adult. Not unreasonable. Our owners would say our home prices which they have control over represent the demand at the minute. I guess that's why there is talk of expansion. Of course Newcastle is possibly cheaper. I guess the fact they have half season tickets shows the fact. They aren't selling out. We are. Countesthorpe Fox 1884 Posted 3 January 2016 Share Posted 3 January 2016 That's twice its been mentioned in this thread and still no one gives a flying. Yet you had the interest to reply. You should care. It's a tragic state when one adult Ticket is more than a weekend in Germany.
