Bayfox Posted 11 July 2016 Posted 11 July 2016 No. I've emailed asking about the Everton or man city home games for next season for my lad. And heard **** all.
Aleksz Posted 11 July 2016 Posted 11 July 2016 Back in the league one season when I was selected for it, it was done by random lottery draw of season ticket holders under 14 I think. Dunno if that's the case now.
Bayfox Posted 12 July 2016 Posted 12 July 2016 No unfortunately now days you pay for a package. 1 kid and you get 2 adult seats. Programme etc
filbertway Posted 12 July 2016 Posted 12 July 2016 I thought Filbert had been for enlargement surgery when I read the title.
stripeyfox Posted 12 July 2016 Posted 12 July 2016 Think I recall it being about £300 or something? EDIT: no price, but details on lcfc website http://www.lcfc.com/tickets/mascot_packages.aspx
Livid Posted 12 July 2016 Posted 12 July 2016 Think I recall it being about £300 or something? EDIT: no price, but details on lcfc website http://www.lcfc.com/tickets/mascot_packages.aspx I thought it was around that but you do get a full kids home kit, 2 Adult and 2 Child seats , parking pass. Throw all that in and it doesn't seem such a bad deal.

They even charge £20 to have a birthday announcement on the scoreboard!

EDIT: no price, but details on lcfc website http://www.lcfc.com/tickets/mascot_packages.aspx Yep, emailed about 3 weeks ago, as et no reply, but why doesn't that shock, me I accept they may not have next years details as yet, but a reply admitting as much would be nice
Nick Posted 12 July 2016 Posted 12 July 2016 I think we should have a whip round and buy Lamby this package. We could just tell them he's a vulnerable adult - I think I'd cry with laughter as walked out on to the pitch holding Wes Morgan's hand in front of the Sky cameras.
ramboacdc Posted 12 July 2016 Posted 12 July 2016 is this a thing? i thought they just chose mascots out of all the junior foxes!
Hubert Posted 12 July 2016 Author Posted 12 July 2016 I have a vague memory of it being £499 a season or two ago. Wouldn't surprise me if they are pricing it upwards of that for next season. Family member looking at getting it for my nephew but they haven't got back to her either Bayfox.
Bayfox Posted 12 July 2016 Posted 12 July 2016 is this a thing? i thought they just chose mascots out of all the junior foxes! that's old school mate, they worked out they can charge, common practice at most clubs now days, because every kid want's the chance to walk out with Wes have a kick about with Vardy, and when your kid asks, no is a difficult thing to say.

Bayfox Posted 12 July 2016 Posted 12 July 2016 thats the reason i joined her up for the junior foxes! god damn it thats a fiver wasted! You do get free membership to the junior foxes . to be fair, I don't know what they charge due to the fact they haven't replied, but the full kit and 4 match tickets probably do account for about 40% of what your actually paying. But it does seem a shame, but i guess that's just how football has gone in this country. I'd like to do it for the enjoyment the lad would get and hopefully if I can do it v Everton his toffee supporting auntie would get to see him as well.

Gerard Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 I found this e-mail on the LCFC site and sent an e-mail September 2015. I'm still waiting a response. louise.mcconnell@@lcfc.co.uk http://www.lcfc.com/tickets/mascot_packages.aspx
DB11 Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 I was a mascot in 2005 when we played Watford. That just just random luck - I think all kids with season ticket holders that sat in the Family Stand were entered into a ballot.
Hubert Posted 14 July 2016 Author Posted 14 July 2016 This fact. Or what you paid last season? What a family member has been quoted this week.
