Finnegan Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 Well aware I can google this and I will. But in addition to that, any of you passed your test in the last year or two with an intensive driving course? If so, who did you use and would you recommend them? I'm definitely doing it, not looking for arguments for or against crash courses.

Can't help you here as i took my time with my lessons, but always thought the term "Crash Course" was a bit inappropriate for driving lessons
DB11 Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 Didn't do it so can't recommend any providers but I think they're a good thing to do - after I'd been driving a few years I did another three week driving course and think that doing it all in a short space of time is useful and allows you to concentrate on each aspect rather than having to wait a week between lessons - especially if you ended the lesson on a mistake

Nobody should let me behind a wheel.

Can we all please just come together as a team and express our mutual inability to help Finners? Thanks in advance, SL

Finnegan Posted 16 August 2016 Author Posted 16 August 2016 Anyone able to bring me a sandwich to work? It'd be a big help.
ScouseFox Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 crash courses are rubbish imo should do proper lessons
srevell580 Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 I did a crash course with these guys from Leicester: http://www.drive4it.co.uk Passed within 4 weeks but I needed to pass quickly because me and my partner had a child on the way. Its not for everyone but these guys were pretty decent.

Smudge Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 It's been a long time since I passed my test but when I did, I went to BSM. If I was to do it again, I'd still go there. https://www.bsm.co.uk/learner-driver/intensive-courses

This driving school is the best in town so they say..... http://kingdrivingschoolisb.com Admittedly I've never used them and the town is Islamabad. Good luck moving forward.
Wymsey Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 All this 'advice' is probably grinding the op's gears.
