Parking at Altrincham Metrolink station at the moment as we have two passengers in the car who are going into Manchester rather than the game.

Any better alternatives or should this be decent?

Altrincham is so easy and the end of the metro line so I'd go for that. Can park in the tesco opposite for free too.

It's decent as tram in is easy. Getting around Manchester / parking is a nightmare really. Even when I lived there used to tram it everywhere as it's so much easier.

Also free at the station itself.

Turned my ankle badly playing football last night. Only way to get about is on crutches. Will they let me in?

Yes mate they will. My ex broke her leg the day before we played Swansea away 2 years back. So we risked driving there and took a chance but they let us in, only downside was we had to sit in the disabled section rather than stand all match.

Anyone know how difficult it is to walk between east stand upper and bobby charlton upper? Are there barriers? Me and Mrs have tickets in each.

Gotta say the stewards were first class regarding my mobility. Lift up and down. No problems despite a few online scare stories. Having to stand the whole game wasn't ideal and since found out I've broken a bone in the ankle!

Traffic up abysmal, our performance abysmal, Old Trafford atmosphere abysmal, Utd fans sense of humour abysmal.

Overall it was pretty ****ing abysmal.

I went on Ausden Clark and have to say it was so easy and got there with plenty of time to  find somewhere to drink and eat and walk around. Would def use them again.
