David Hankey Posted 25 October 2016 Posted 25 October 2016 Sorry to read the passing of another great Brazilian legend, Carlos Alberto, who graced so many magnificent games for his country.
Fox92 Posted 25 October 2016 Posted 25 October 2016 Another great footballer; another great player from Brazil. I'd love to have seen that 1970 team live.

I'd have been more impressed if the Italians actually bothered trying to at least close them down once they got into their half. If you're able to score a goal at pretty much walking pace it probably doesn't say a lot for the defending. Then again they had been chasing after them around for 90 minutes in the middle of the Mexican summer.
Freesolo Posted 25 October 2016 Posted 25 October 2016 Not a bad team that won the World Cup in 1970, Unlike most of today's International teams filled with spoiled brats

Even in a thread remembering the passing of the captain of the greatest international team ever, scoring one of the most iconic goals in football history, youre still negative.

You're unbelievably shit at paying tribute to a great footballer in a tribute thread.
foxy boxing Posted 26 October 2016 Posted 26 October 2016 one of the greatest of the greatest Brazilian side, they actually teach young footballers to learn technique and to express themselves whearas England pidgeon hole players into positions that they are not used to
