The Huth Factor

Huth has got to be the clubs best ever January signing? In terms of importance anyway, without him we would certainly have been relegated and obviously what followed couldn't have unfolded.

This really can't be argued against.

I would have them both. Jones is a very solid right back & an upgrade on Simpson. Smalling is better than all of our centre back options in my eyes.

I totally agree, Smalling is very talented even with the Ball at his feet and Jones offers that little bit of no nonsense defending. If we could get them both for 40 Mil or less it would be great business.

Wouldnt say no to both, but I still prefer Simpson to Jones...Jones though can play along the backline, and also fill in Midfield.

Perfect if he can hold sometype of form.Could carry his career longer in the PL, with us, but not always 1st choice.

Smalling would be a smash and grab,1st choice on team sheet, and again covers the Backline, but CB 1st.

Another plus, both could take up, our present 2 CB spots immediately, though I wouldnt throw either

Huth or Morgan to the dogs, not yet anyway..

Smalling? Are you lot for real? He isn't going to come here in a month of Sundays. We might be Champions but we're also in a relegation dog fight.

Sakho would be the best option for me. He isn't going to feature for Liverpool ever again and with our tight, friendly squad, we could sort his attitude out too.

This the same Sakho that is an absolute donkey?

I remember in the 2-0 home win against Liverpool last season we created as many chances by giving the ball to him, as we did through our own work.

He sounds Perfect for our set up!

100% agree. Huth and Cambiasso got Pearson out of jail by sorting things out for him on the pitch, and probably off of it as well.

Agree, have to give full credit to Pearson and his scouting team on brining those two in.

lol So true. We used to have so much fun laughing at a Liverpool supporting mate breaking into cold sweats and shakes every time the play or ball went near him. Shame he got suspended as it closed that particular avenue of pleasure. I don't want to suffer like my mate did.
