Just as well you aren't gay then, your colon must be a horror show.

Dread to think to be honest, must be a shoo in for bowel cancer.

I love how wound up people are getting by the Corbyn Veganism story. Man who has already been a veggie for 50 years, supposedly, chooses to not be part of needless slaughter and consequently helps to make the planet a greener and healthier place to live = publicity stunt, arrogant, lunatic. And they say it's us 'loony lefties' whom are offended by everything.

Nah, he's an arrogant lunatic anyways. Him eating a lettuce because he fell in love with a piglet Cameron style is in addition to that, not the cause of.

I think it shows real fear from the Right - so desperate that they can only use non-stories like this as a stick to beat him with.

It didn't work before the last election, and it won't work now.

Yes, more so away from here. Some suggesting that turning vegan somehow equates to radical beliefs and has any kind of correlation with Halal is one bizarre example.

In my eyes it's either non-newsworthy whatsoever or good news for the fact that he is making a positive difference (though it now seems to perhaps be false anyway). If, for example, Boris Johnson turned vegan, starting listening to the Smiths and turned up on Leicester City away days I would perhaps have a little more respect for him and I'd be happy that he was making a difference ethically and environmentally; I'd still steer way clear of the whole voting for his party thing though.

I don't think anyone is getting wound up, it's just weird why he keeps doing this. (You seem to have missed the post where I've clarified he actually isn't turnign vegan)

This now must be the third or fourth time he has sat in front of a room full of people and just said something to curry favour with the audience only for it then to be clarified by his office a few hours later than what he said actually wasn't going to happen, the NME interview spring to mind, the young peoples debate on the EU referendum etc

As I say, I'm fully expecting him to sit in front of an LGBT meeting and say he's coming out soon, he just appears not to be able to help himself. No one is getting wound up, it's just very, very weird why he keeps doing this and it's probably only going to get worse as he gets older.

How do you know it didn't work? The Tories had the worst manifesto in history, argubly the worst leader in living memory, they attacked their own voter base with callous disregard, didn't even bother to debate and took the election so for granted tried to hide away. Corbyn produced a littany of bribes, lied to the youth who came out en masse and not only lost but couldn't get anywhere near a majority, for all you know it did work.

If Labour had an affable intelligent front bench with a reasonable IQ level rather than the dimwits they currently have they might have walked the election.

He got asked a question and again lied just to try and impress the audience, it's amazing his fanboys can't see it but what can you do when you have such a cult following him eh?

It's really not. JRM is shit. Like Williamson he speaks bullshit but just does it with confidence.

Haha I actually quite like both. Anyway, confidently bullshitting your way through politics goes down a treat with the electorate.

Isn't that pretty much politics? Obama, Blair, Churchill, Putin - they all do it or did to brilliant effect.

Although comparing Williamson to Mogg, come on....I doubt Williamson even passed his A-Levels listening to him and hearing his ideas, he's a great asset to the Tories though, makes me wonder if they wanted to throw the seat with the amount of ridiculous headlines he can create..

I hope to God you haven't seriously just compared JRM to any of the four leaders named. JRM was considered to be a freak by most of the Tory party until they ran out of ideas for what makes a leader. The bloke is just weird.

She's always been known for going against the grain.

I guess you reap what you sow.

So we know where a young Theresa found her wheat, but do we know where she got her oats?
