Nearly 30 minutes, 60 views and only 1 reply. I myself am in fear of replying due the sheer level of political correctness involved with expressing an opinion in this thread.

it's not that worrying. it's obviously pretty shit and almost criminal itself with the amount of aid they've got already and the amount of aid they may still be entitled to despite the crimes they've committed. 

 

But I suspect people don't have that much time on a Friday night to give a lengthy reply or any reply at all. May be watching the match online (boring I know) or just don't want to comment?

A straight answer to the original question - I believe that it is allowed under the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012, Schedule 1, paragraph 24. Such an appeal would come before the Special Immigration Appeals Commission which includes decisions to take citizenship away or to deport someone. The Court of Appeal in 2014 ruled against Chris Grayling, when he was Justice Secretary, who had  tried to make restrictions on legal aid for deportation cases.

Legal aid is there for everyone, you take it away, even from the most disgusting criminals, and continue proceedings without legal representation you set a dangerous precedent and call into question the validity of the whole legal system.

If these guys were given aid and found guilty im fine with the fact they got that aid. Innocent until proven guilty. But the aid stops then. Sorry you cant fight deportation on the public dime after being found guilty.  Go back home and fight your case from their. Oh and fund it yourselves. 

 

And for the sick british born cvnts who do the same thing (regardless of faith) should never be let out of jail. Rot you sickos.
