It has nothing to do with fair ratings. Never had. That's why you'll almost always find Vardy or Albrighton in the top 5 unless they have a real stinker and players like Gray or Slim at the bottom. People simply don't like him and vote accordingly. Unless he scores a brace or is absolutely outstanding, like against Huddersfield, he always gets one of the worst ratings.

Agreed. I don't think he was second-worst of the lot. He had three telling actions; more than Vardy, Albrighton, Okazaki and Gray combined.

Nacho should've scored another from a Slimani assist and there was great interplay again for Slimani's chance.

 

Bit silly how Silva rates higher than Nacho. The former was arguably our worst player together with Iborra first half, way too ponderous and inconsequential in possession.

Both Nacho and Silva improved massively as the game wore on, but Nacho produced the two decisive moments.

Both of them came off the bench, Vardy more for a cameo, which explains the anecdotic rating. And it's still way above Slim.

I thought Sliva had a good second half but not not a very good first half. Gray was good but people on here don't like him.

Gray was kept pretty quiet throughout, by fair and unfair means. Nowhere near as effective as I would expect him to be.

I sympathise that Fleetwood were difficult to break down and hardly ventured outside their half, but he wasn't able to show much quality.

Albrighton, for all his endeavour, didn't have much success with his crosses and forays either, so I wouldn't solely blame Gray (e.g. I didn't think Fuchs did much to help Gray).

Some hilarious overreaction going on here!  Guys, 6 is actually an okay/good mark. 4 is poor while 7 is v.good. FOUR = POOR, remember?

 

And of course nobody likes Gray. How could anyone like him? Surely even his mom wouldn't give him more than 6. No doubt when they have a family dinner he won't pass the salt, selfish little git!

 

PS Slim had a great assist but had a mediocre game overall (got 6 from me, don;t think he deserves any more). Ian was better, almost looked a different player since scoring. Yes it was only Fleetwood but let's hope it's a sign of great things to come from the lad... Wembley here we come

Absolutely.  He was my MOM in a bad first half, and was only withdrawn early in the second.
