James Corden

I honestly think we should write an open letter of apology to the world for James Corden, Jack Whitehall and anyone they collaborate with.

We're lucky the UN haven't acted on Sky's decision to send them off round the world with Freddie Flintoff and dubbed it a hostile act of war.

If we were expelled from NATO and nuked for crimes against humanity I don't think we'd have much grounds for argument other than pointing out the Americans asked for it by raising the profile of Piers Morgan.

Piers Morgan, uggh. It's not so much him as the fact that he's not been thrown in the bin.

And I forgot about Farage, as well. If only he'd been killed in that plane crash

The NHS? Falling apart

The lack of natural disasters or dangerous wildlife? Boring

The rolling scenery? Man made farmland

The temperate climate? I like it hot

Our variety of humour? Meh

Katie off of Cbeebies? Never heard of her

Come on Buce, cheer up a bit. Maybe later when I've had a spliff - oh, wait, that's not allowed in this backward nation, is it?

Like:

Small country so easy to get anywhere in a reasonable amount of time, even when commuting.

Amazing sunsets.

Football and the football pyramid - best in the world.

Sunny day watching cricket.

Traditional english food and alcohol.

Jobs, education and training for those that WANT to apply themselves.

Decent salaries for high skilled jobs.

Very low gun crime......comparatively

Dislike:

Too many liberal wankers

Unchecked migration

Lack of any sort of decent values by millennials

Rains to much

Attempt to have a national identity met with accusations of racism

Too many want too much for doing **** all.

Pandering to lazy twats who rinse the **** out of the system

Obsession with fame

Large percentage of the population quite happy to live in life dictated by financial debt

Amazing sunsets lol what?!

England

Like:

Food. Eat anything you want, pretty much anywhere you want and it's usually decent value. And with JustEat you're never more than 20 minutes away from a lovely shithouse pizza, which is always buy one get one free.

Plumbing. You can drink the tapwater and take a massive shit without knocking out a toilet, unlike some other countries.

Football. I It's the only proper sport, and every other league in the world is bullshit.

Lack of gun crime.

Sunday Roast.

Christmas.

Cheese. We do some amazing cheeses.

Sausages. No other country understands what a sausage should be. Cvnts.

Lack of dangerous wildlife. The idea of bears existing near me would have me shit my pants non stop everyday.

That fortnight we get in April every year where the weather is nice.

Taking the piss. I like being able to take the piss, but not to Australian levels. They're just mean. Cvnts.

Motorway services. I don't know why but I like ours better than other countries.

Proper pubs.

I actually like that our country is generally shit so I really look forward to my next holiday abroad.

Stable internet.

Dislike:

Weather. Hate the damn weather so much I sometimes consider moving abroad. It is miserable for probably 250+ days a year, why the fvck did my ancestors settle here?

Traffic, combined with the low standard of driving amongst many and general impatience. Plus roadworks, "smart" motorways, speedbumps, cycle lanes and all the other stuff installed purely to cause inconvenience road users.

Countryside. What is the point in wet hills.

Bland landscape. No mountains, no desert, no rapids, no rainforest, no canyons, no massive lakes, no volcanos, nothing. I can't remember the last time a view in the this country made me say "wow".

Single track roads. It's 2018, why are there still potholed roads that are about 9ft wide. Unacceptable.

Cyclists. Fvck off.

Beaches. I'm not much of a beach person but our beaches are nearly all shit.

Northern pride. Urgh fvck off.

London. Bullshit.

Kidderminster/Rotherham/Hull/Derby/all the poverty towns/cities we have. Some are actually not far off third world standards these days.

Cost of property.

Phone signal. This island is tiny, and there are areas devoid of phone signal in TWENTYFVCKINGEIGHTEEN. Sort it out. Cvnts.

lol

I must admit I had to look that hymn up.

I'd only ever heard the tune before at the rugby. I thought it was the Welsh National Anthem.

If you can't enjoy anything, why do you live here?

I didn't say anything about not enjoying anything, I do, but the things I enjoy are not as a result of living here - I could enjoy them equally as well elsewhere. Unfortunately, family commitments mean there is no alternative atm.

I agree about the sunsets actually. Especially a post-storm sunset somewhere flat like the Fens. Beautiful.

However it’s very bleak this time of year.

We do have some beautiful countryside in this country.

Pretty certain those would have been taken on that day when Storm Ophelia whipped up sands from North Africa and gave our skies that orange hue. So that’s not a normal British sunset situation at all, but actually would be common elsewhere.

Let’s be honest, there’s **** all special about British sunsets. You might as well praise “the British view of the moon”.

Completely disagree. Because of the inclement weather and the fact the sun goes down slowly this far north, we get some great ones.
