Bars in Madrid.

i will be in Madrid on the 18th March and so wondered if anyone knew a bar that will show the game?

There are an unbelieivable amount of bars in Madrid showing the football & I hate to give a chain my recomendation but O'Neills is bound to have it on & will be a good place to watch with a bit of atmosphere.

Yes good point, I saw an old hippy get a right good shoeing the other week.

Also while you're there make sure you visit the jambon museum if you like variously cured meats with your beer. Great place.

I'm sure he'll have a great time as he isn't part of an away following, the overly aggressive police aside. It's a lovely city

Madrid is a wonderful city though? 

 

Even for the game in the champions league I had a wonderful time just by simply avoiding the areas with all of the shirtless, drunk idiots congregating and never had a single bit of bother from the police.
