Daily Star?

http://the72.co.uk/103388/leicester-leeds-stoke-middlesbrough-interested-non-league-starlet/

Tasdemir, who plays on the left side, has broken into the first-team ranks at Mill Farm over the past season, earning his chance under manager Dave Challinor. The teenager has not disappointed, making 26 appearances for The Coasters, netting four times in the process. This has led to several clubs at a higher level expressing their desire to snap him up.

Earlier in the campaign, there was the likes of Leeds United, Middlesbrough and Stoke City paying close attention to the player. Now, Leicester have seemingly joined that race, now that Claude Puel is expected to remain in charge for the upcoming campaign, after some rumours suggested otherwise.

Obvious comparisons are already being made with current Leicester & England striker Jamie Vardy, who rose through the non-league ranks to eventually win the top flight title with Leicester, when managed by Claudio Ranieri a few seasons ago. However, it could be that the player has another season in the National League to aid his development. Either that, or one of the big clubs makes their move this summer, and potentially loans him back to AFC Fylde, who made the play-offs this season.

Still, the likes of Paul Heckingbottom, Gary Rowett and Tony Pulis will want to have their own say on the matter too. Tasdemir therefore could potentially have a big decision to make in the coming weeks.

Did Dave Challinor have the long throw, and play against us in Worthington Cup final?

Crazy how far and flat he could throw a football. People go on about Rory Delap but Challinor was the best I’ve seen for that

Used to love watching that Tranmere team as a kid. I think the keeper was called Achterburg or something, was class.

Yeah and they had a young Clint Hill at centre back. That was the one and only time I went to the old Wembley, absolutely loved it
