Kasper made two outstanding saves and could do nothing about the goal.

Maguire, Chilwell, Hamza and Madison all had good games.

The less said about Nacho the better I think.

Some weird results here. Pereira at 7.7?! What else could he do?

 

People also far too harsh on Schmeichel-he made some outstanding saves tonight. Whatever else his job might entail, his shot-stopping is the most important and in that respect he was pretty much flawless.

Very good performance and seriously worried a nervous Man City team. Next season bodes well if we can continue to play and manage games in this fashion (without the negative result though!).

 

Kasper -8- Some terrific saves and rightly pointed out the closing down should have been much better for the goal.

 

Ricardo -8- Excellent game. Some great runs and defended well too. My MOTM.

Evans -7- Solid game, one slip nearly cost us.

Maguire -7- Better than of late and a great run to set up what should have been a goal.

Chilwell -8- I thought he had a superb game.

 

Ndidi -8- Some great tackles and a solid performance.

 

Choudhury -8- Another excellent game. Some superb tackles too.

 

Albrighton -7- Tried his best as usual.

Maddison -8- Great vision, but should have passed to Albrighton after Maguire's run.

Tielemans -8- Not so involved as much as the last few games, however still played his part.

 

Vardy -6- Quieter match for him, but still ran his socks off. If only that late chance had fallen to him.

 

Barnes -6- A couple of decent runs.

Gray -6- Tried and ran in his cameo, but no substance.

Iheanacho 1- Lucky to get 1. Absolute liability to our team. I hope that's the last I see of him in a Leicester Shirt. 

 

Rodgers -9- Got it pretty much spot on last night.

 

Man City -6- Nothing special last night, but that was down to us playing well and nerves. Kompany should have been sent off (as he should in another game against us when he pulled down Vardy). They have not won the league yet and Brighton might surprise them.

 

Ref -4- Kompany should have gone and so should Silva. Far too much bias towards Man City. Let them off some serious fouls.
