That advert was top quality; she'd been the best all through the series and the best on the day

I didn't understands Scarlett's idea for a brand or the TV ad. She screwed up there.

Her branding was horrendous, advert came across cheap and the branding felt more of a mental health company than recruitment. Carina's deserved to win, but in all honesty I wouldn't have been shocked if he'd hired Scarlett due to her business. 
Didn't like the boardroom scene at the end, Scarlett down talking Carina's plans rather than upping and backing her own is never a good sign.
