Nice gesture but I don’t get why they won’t just automatically do it for us.

Some people like to see the 7th replay of the 1997 Thailand women’s  Hurling final.

Question...

When you have paused your channel's,  can you still view them?

My next bill gives me a credit for sports (indicating they have been paused), but I can still view via my sky box.

Cheers

Yes, I re watched the highlights of the 15/16 season last night.

Football seems like something which used to happen in the olden days now....

But it’s just the payment that’s paused, they’re letting people keep the channels (I think)

I'm of the understanding you can still watch them all.

I tried to do mine online and just got a spinning circle several times. However I've just checked my bill and it does seem they have credited next months bill with a refund against it and I can still watch and record at the moment. May actually sit and watch last nights virtual GP for a laugh later.

There's no way the football channels are £17 a month?!

To have Sky sports, BT, amazon prime (ok only over one month) must be an extortionate amount, how else can the reckless debauchery of premier league excess occur? How else is Mino Raoila nearly a billionaire by doing nothing?

I've never looked into it and never have thought of doing so, but if it's £17 a month to watch all the football, maybe i should...

£17 a month for sky sports is well worth it for me as I enjoy watching football, Grand Prix, boxing and NFL

Thanks, so you have to pay for all the other Sky things listed above to get the sports channels for £17 a month? You can't just get Sky Sports alone and pay £17 a month?

Apologies for what is likely a basic question, i've never looked into any of this as I don't watch much conventional TV, my eyes just lit up when i saw £17 a month quoted.

AFAIK you can't have sports as a stand alone, but the only extra you would need is the entertainment package, and HD if you want it. My package is similar to the one above, but most of it is optional extras.

Thanks - that would rule me out then!
