It depends how much liquidity has been removed from the group over the years. Most businesses re invest into fixed assets over time which can obviously drop in value (as per now) but will, in general recover their worth over time.  If the family have managed to take out a lot of money from the group over the years then their nett worth will be relatively unaffected.  I don’t consider king power to be a wealthy owner  - not in the same league as the top echelons of wealthy prem club owners. (Man City, Chelsea, villa, wolves, Everton).

The big difference for King Power at Suvarnabhumi Airport will be the re-opening of China.  The Chinese were a huge percentage of their customers.  As China is effectively closed, it will take time for King Power to get back to pre-Covid levels.  But nevertheless, good news.
