Will I bother to go to the QPR pre-season game

Wondered if anyone else is thinking this...

 

I've bought a ticket for the QPR match on 31 July and hopefully might get one for the Community Shield also.

If that happens, I probably won't go to the first one as they are only 7 days apart and if I get 'pinged' to isolate (I haven't ditched the Covid App yet), then the 10 days will take me past the 7th August.

BTW, I'm isolating at the moment as I went to a Beer Masterclass in Shorditch last Saturday 

If only I was Michael Gove ...

I for one, think a poll would have been preferable.

 

Then each person could have a guess as to whether you will or won't go to the QPR pre-seaaon game.

I’d go to the pre-season friendly I’ve already got a ticket for instead of the one I haven’t. If it were me. Which it isn’t. And if I wanted to go to a pre-season friendly. Which I don’t!

Don't have to ditch it, just turn off tracking in the "manage contact tracing". I still check into places but don't want to get pinged because I was sat 2 meters from some asymptomatic woman at a hen party.

In any other season I would tend to go to a couple of the pre season games.

 

But getting the jitters like the FA Cup final that I just want to be there at Wembley. And really don't want to take any chances!

I’ve just been pinged presumably because I sat 2m away from someone at a stag do…
