What’s with all the optimistic predictions??

Are you real Leicester fans or what? Or just under ten years old and so have seen us win more often than not? Surely proper Leicester fans always expect us to lose? Or am I alone in my eternal pessimism?

...no, we are right behind you!!!

In fact so far behind you you may not have noticed.

You go on my son, you are doing  a grand job!!

Nah a true fan always expects us to win then spends the week pissed off we're in a championship relegation battle.

Well maybe they have the right idea. At least they get to feel good beforehand. Me, I expect us to lose and then also spend the week pissed off that we’re in a relegation battle…

Hmm, so my life as a football fan basically consists of pessimism followed by disappointment.

Why on earth do I do this?

Brighton are quite good but dont really have a good goalscorer.  Hopefully Maupay is sh8te as usual and we will win.

You need the ever-obliging Leicester City thread…

That’s the problem with this. I once found a dodgy stream for a Leicester City game and it fxxxxd up my laptop eventually with a virus. I thought it was a safe bet that on a Sunday at 2 pm this match would be on but they’ve gone for Ronaldo and Man United instead.

The tv draw would’ve been made before Ronaldo signed. Man U would draw in bigger viewer numbers tbf.

Watching on my iPad so not too worried about viruses. Except for Covid. Covid can f**k off.

I’d play Iheanacho in place of Maddison and Lookman on the right if we are going to persist with 433/4231.

I am hopeful that we will try 352 again though with Nacho and Vardy up top, given Barnes played 90 in the week. Would need to be something like:

Kasper

Castagne, Soy, Vest

Periera, Youri, Ndidi, Soumare, Bertrand

Vardy, Nacho

It's gonna be the usual "best 11" lineup with Kevin keeping Perez' jock warm.  You know it.

The starting 11 has already been determined by who started on the bench on Thursday night. Except for Schmeichel of course…

"Proper" Leicester fans are on there way to the game, leaving us armchair supporters to speculate. The world is always a brighter place with a pot of tea and packet of biscuits at your side.

(Darn, hole in my theory, they also have smartphones. Damn my old schoolism)

How are the pies at your place?  Turn around time on getting a pint?

There we go…you said it! He’ll score a hat trick now.

What’s everyone’s least favourite kick off time? Sunday 2pm is pretty shit.

Hate both Sunday times to be fair. Quite like evening kick offs, but 3pm on a Saturday is where it’s at

I'd be dissapointed if Maddison starts. Kel needs to start in behind Vards.
