Lets really hope not but after Villarreal UFS found out there had been two complaints to the club regarding standing at this game. Only a cool 18k other seats for those who complained to nip over to.

Was sat in C1 last night so about as far away as possible and it sounded pretty good. Great effort.

It was great just being able to stand all game.

It was a much better location, but with the same faces only making an effort.

We need something like that for a European night

Thought the same, the noise wasn’t as good as I expected considering there was a fair amount in there. Felt like it was us usual lot going for it but then again it was only Brighton at home. 

 

Would love to have an entire section like this for one of our ‘bigger’ games.

Very good points. I think without this section there would have been zero atmosphere at the game. As you say, would be good to see something like this in a "bigger" match (e.g. Arsenal this weekend or a European game). I enjoyed being next to the away fans, it helps with the banter and getting each other going (in a fairly friendly way). It was very much like an away game atmosphere.

 

I am not normally in SK1 so cannot compare how different it was to a "normal" game. And I find it hard to judge atmosphere when inside the singing block as it is hard to know what it sounds like in the rest of the ground.

 

Overall I think it was a success.
