Mark Posted 21 November 2005 Share Posted 21 November 2005 Well he was harshley jeered when he was here, can't see him receiving much applause. I was always a fan of the lad, inconsistant but at least he could get forward from left back and offer some sort of threat. He may not play though as he's been a bench warmer since we beat them. Libertine Posted 21 November 2005 Share Posted 21 November 2005 He definately doesn't deserve to be booed. He's a good player, he just sometimes didn't put in the effort to show it.
davieG Posted 21 November 2005 Share Posted 21 November 2005 Can't be bothered to give him any sort of reaction to be honest. Agree, there's only one ex-twat I'd boo even if it does gee him up. I reserve my applause for legends like Walsh, and I'm particular about them.

Ric Flair Posted 22 November 2005 Share Posted 22 November 2005 Stewart was alright, frustrating but alright. Shouldn't really be booed as he's done us a favour by leaving.
Shauno45 Posted 22 November 2005 Share Posted 22 November 2005 il give him a reception. he was part of the team that got us promoted. he scored some good goals as well, wimbledon? man city? ipswich?. he might have had more off games than on but aint most of our players at the minute? i would say hes better than the left wingers we have at the minute (not including smith)
