5,000 is a lot to sort logistics out in a short period of time, coupled with cost etc. May give us a glimmer of hope.

Nipped over for the Milan derby in January 2020 and also a match at Verona. Only had to show passport at the San Siro, but did a proper check on outside perimeter only.

Have you booked a hotel in Rome or are you just going to hang around until you can get the bullet train as you can't get back to Naples and the airport is shut anyway

Got a hotel near to Termini. There's 3 of us, 2 in one room and me on my own. 

If it was just me I'd probably just have hung around tbh

Although I'm sort of hoping they don't because I know I'll be massively tempted lol And I really can't afford it. 

That could happen, it's my mates 50th that day and he's not able to go to many but has clearance to join us. Would be great if he could.

Do taxi's, or any public service, run all night to the airport?

I'm looking at Vatican City area now but flight back from Rome is at 8am.
