Slightly ancient ! City vs Man City in fifth round F A Cup at Filbert Street 1968.  Man City champions that season, Malcolm Allison the celebrity manager walking around the pitch prior to the game denoting with Five fingers how many goals they would score and then Man City going two up in the first twenty minutes. Rodney Fern scoring a cracking goal just before half time and we outplayed them in the second half to win 4 -3. Night match with 39000 in the ground fabulous atmosphere and probably my favourite game that I have attended. ( not at the Cup Final win or the Premier trophy award against Everton which were terrific )

I am ancient as well, as I was there and still stands out in my memory. Cant decide on this or the Seville game, both amazing

Yeah, as an old codger I have to agree. Was fortunate to be at both games. Man City as a 'lad', and Seville as a UFS elder statesman!

Sevilla as everyone has said, but the champions league games in general were amazing. Wish we could welcome them tomorrow night with masses of balloons and ticker tape, I did love that!

Sevilla by a country mile. I’ve got a scar on my shin from the celebrations. Good times.

Middlesborough Friday night, if you know you know.

United 5-3.

Liverpool was the best it’s been this season and for a fair while.

2-0 vs Blackburn, November 2003. First ever competitive game as an 8 year old.

Been to 450 plus games since.
Maybe my 15 years of season tickets since then has paid for a week of Howeys wages, who scored that night.

It was amazing.

Think that was the first ever match with Poppies on the shirts too.
