I would think so.   Probably leaving the outer block of seats empty, in both tiers.

Tickets have very rarely been made available for sale over a weekend

Are they going to open the upper tier once the bottom sells out?

 

EDIT: Just counted, just under 1k in the lower tier, so upper has almost 2k tickets not on sale. This will definitely make members.
