Tickets are strictly sold as one ticket per supporter number & all tickets holders must have their own account.

Has anyone have trouble with this? I know they kept a handful of tickets back a few seasons ago - or am I reading too much into this?

Be very surprised if this doesn’t sell out today.

Looking like there’s less than 200 left.

They keep a few back mostly for players / staff, they then put them back on for sale but only at the point they sold out so if they sell out at 550 they go back on sale at 550

I think he is referring to two seasons ago, where you wouldn't get your ticket in the post and would have to collect with ID at the away ground. They were doing it for about 100 away tickets per game. No ID, no ticket.

They don’t even list away tickets reaching members anymore, and the ballot is hopeless

I agree with the ballot being more or less hopeless.  I think for this one because of the low allocation they knew it wouldnt get far down the brackets, which it won't.  You can get away tickets as a member but you have to do the ones that are less appealing, not glamour games or are really far and/or midweek.

I've done Palace and Southampton this season so far as a member and did I think 4 legitimately last season....the others I had to rely on others to get me tickets.

I don't think the sales process for away games is particularly fair in truth but there have been plenty of moans about that before, including from me. I suppose whatever criteria they set, there will be some that are unhappy.  It just feels that members get a raw deal .  We aren't any less of a supporter and it's us that have to pay thru the nose for home tickets, buy a membership etc.

You are right. I got an option for Crystal Palace but it was one of the seats at the back with restricted view and I’ve been to the last 2 Palace away games as I’m based in Kent (and have had restricted view both times!)

When we were in Europe it was better, as matches were moved to Thursday/Sunday so less appealing to many fans which opened up options for members. Perhaps I was spoilt that season and shouldn’t judge accessibility against that time.

In the South East so I try to get to every London / South match as realistically getting up to Manchester from Kent is a 7-8 hours each way.

Last season highlighted how many northern towns there are in the Championship!

Ha yes I was at the back at Palace and it was awful...Best quote I heard was its like watching the game through a letter box.  Very true.  It was.

Yes I think there's more chance when the games are moved, depending who it is.

This year it seems every other game is in London and I think people like a day out in the smoke, or at the seaside.....Brighton and Bournemouth.

Good luck in your quest for away tickets 😂

I’m up for 2 please too, my lad lives in London, it’s his closest game, about 2 miles.

Been to Fulham, Arsenal, yesterday (wow!!) & Ipswich but don’t expect it to reach below 610.

Slight chance can get my hands on 1 so 1 or 2, if you have them, cheers to any kindly soul.

As before, I have one I think, would love to get a second, if anybody's circumstances change for the day please DM me OR I'll be just going to the London for the trip and to watch the ground from outside:D
