The wailing about not doing it tonight is well off imo. Showing solidarity across fanbases is impactful, like the joint Spurs/West Ham protest at the weekend just gone.

Only has an impact if the solidarity is across the board on the same weekend(s).

This waffle about it being a Vichai memorial game is pure daft. He ain't making the decisions beyond the grave is he?

It's a combined set of actions across the next fortnight.

And yeah, the Vichai thing is overreacting. We're not a grief cult.

It's the all-encompassing remembrance fixture isn't it? Something we do superbly.

It's about three different fixtures!

- Vichai Memorial

- Remembrance Fixture

- No Room for Racism Fixture

Probably all designed, structured and timed to quell the possibility of any sort of fan antagonistic rivalry and atmosphere.

Cynical old me!

This hasn’t really got any exposure across the board at all has it?

I’m not talking on behalf of ourselves or against the Foxes Trust as this is country wide, arranged by FSA, involving all supporter groups.

I’ve seen a few muted posts on social media and that was only because I was looking for it, I bet many don’t even know about it, there’s been no real movement, exposure, discussion, reporting or acknowledgement in the media.

I believe it’s over 2 weekends so here’s hoping for more traction in the 2nd weekend.

Any wonder?

It's pointless. It's just the kind of "campaign" people like Bason love. Erectile dysfunction protest.

Boycott or STFU.

Activity took place at many grounds last weekend

We will be alongside Ipswich fans this Saturday

Previous FSA campaigns delivered results, such as the Away Ticket Price Cap that remains in place in the Premier League

While Fan Groups working closely together quickly saw a reversal of the European Super League proposal, with politicians quick to back the objections having been reminded how many football fans would be voting in elections, hence cross party support, while the FSA continued lobbying is seeing the government adding more into the football governance bill

What a strange interpretation of the post above

The FSA campaigns are about fans of many clubs working together for a common objective, no single fans organisation would claim the credit, it’s the strength of all fans groups working together that has the most effect

Appreciate Man Utd are a bigger club with alot more interest and coverage but fair play to the Man Utd fans, by far the best and most impressive "Stop Exploiting Loyalty" protest.

Every other club in leagues protests were almost non-existent getting little to no coverage or traction.

I doubt they ended the 1st World War with ticket prices a century into the future in mind.

Not many clubs are permitting protest banners in the ground.

On Tuesday night the Foxes Trust and the LCFC Official Supporters Club will be standing alongside West Ham fans in a further protest

I still think this sort of thing is pointless.

As long as the ground is largely full, they’ll continue to push tickets prices up.

They might twig at some point that trying to flog kits at £80 a pop isn’t the way forward though, as half the world have twigged you can pick one up from DHGate for £8.99.

Also, who in the world is buying King Power FC clobber?

The protest tomorrow is primarily about the removal of concessions at West Ham, also happening at Spurs (in a different way) and stopping that becoming wide spread within the PL

Last week saw Man U remove concessions on any new ticket sales for the rest of the season

It isn't though. Reckon tomorrow night could be a sub 30K attendance judging by the ticket site.

They'll report it as full for PSR though.

I would guess this will happen at clubs like Wolves and LCFC before long. Two clubs that bizarrely aspire to be Tottenham’s off the pitch.

The difference is even if the attendance drops looking at average ticket prices:

32,000 @ £15 - £480,000

20,000 @ £30 - £600,000

They’re better keeping it higher from their point of view, even if they don’t fill the ground.
