Really? What the **** makes you say that?

The man is beyond ****ing useless

I think there would more noise around him going.

Plus him being ‘the pick’ means I think king power double down.

Well if we keep him we're ****ed.

Give him enough time and he'll take us out of the football league.

The worst manager in our history in my view - Appreciate he's not had too much to work with but the man is literally a ****ing nutter.

Hopefully he'll be clearing his desk out on Sunday evening when we get relegation confirmed and I can't wait because the guy is shit.

I wouldn’t hold your breath.

There never is any noise with us these days, all recent sackings seemed abrupt in terms of noise and articles.

The tell tell sign for me is the lack of warmth to the fans and just disappearing down the tunnel. He doesn't really want to be here. Top coming in this weekend by all accounts. Hopefully sacked after the match.

Will be sacked within 24hrs of us being officially relegated -  costing the club nothing and some randoms willl be in charge last few games

I can't make up my mind if the board are considering keeping him for next season if they can back what he wants or are playing a longer cat and mouse game of knowing he doesn't want to be here and so waiting for him to quit so it doesn't cost us a fortune in payout fees and more likely to be able to reach a settlement figure thats palatable. I'd expect him to be gone Sunday night or Monday morning when Liverpool run riot over us in normal circumstances but it may be financially more difficult than that?

Why would it cost the club nothing? Is there a clause in the contract?

Yep - only reason he hasn’t been sacked already - we are skint and it’s been obvious we are going down for months

And you know this for a fact? I hope you are right.

I just can’t fathom it. I can’t bring myself to believe that someone can take a look at the utter dross - the next-level dogshit - served up by this man this season, and go “yeah, think we’ll have a bit more of that please”

Then again we scored a goal, which is apparently enough for some.

Let’s also not forget Brighton are shit. They were ****ing dreadful in that game, and they’re supposed to be on the periphery of Europe???

Honestly, football is disgusting at the moment……

I think it’s more what Ruud is saying, he has actually stated that talks about his future and the clubs future should have already started but haven’t. If nothing else it shows the club have zero medium or long term strategy and everything is reactionary.

If it's the same interview I listened to, my interpretation was he was more talking about the clubs plans for the future in the championship - budgets, who stays, goes etc.

Of course his future is tied into this and you would assume the club wouldn't bother entertaining talks on this until they are sure they want to stick with him.

It will be interesting to see what happens after today's match. Presuming we get the expected defeat, probably without scoring, then relegation will be confirmed.

He is currently tied in last but one position with Dave Bassett for the lowest win percentage rate of any Leicester manager since the WWI. Only McClintock has a lower win rate and those of us who suffered through that season really hoped never to witness anything like it again. Yet here we are with arguably an even worse season though not all of that lies with the current manager.

Even if we win a couple of games between now and the end of the season they will be largely meaningless as the pressure will be completely off. His position is surely untenable by any normal reasoning. The only reasons I can see for not sacking him already are money and the hubris of the owner.
