Poor again today.

His substitutions get more questionable by the week. Today was a much easier game to avoid criticism because rotation is always likely and he's still managed to mess it up.

And who would that be? Ruud is the manager we've got. It's early in his career and he's trying to get results from a weak squad at a high level. On top of that, he’s had almost nothing to spend because our board decided it was a great idea to give Cooper £50 million. Give the job to Mourinho and he'd struggle with the players we've got at our disposal right now.

The simple answer is anyone with more than a fleeting brush with football management, someone with a proper back room staff, someone who can start to make better decisions, someone who can properly train the players, someone who can start to bring the youth through.Ruud is another completely clueless twonk. He’s not everyone’s cup of tea but for the position we’re in and the need to strengthen from the back I’d think of Dyche.

The thing is, most on here don't seem to understand how you get out of a relegation fight..

It's largely about work.

We can all argue who's better and worse (I think Stephy is miles better but that's not my point) ....it's about who's fitter? Who's stronger? Who's fastest?

Just fcking get the hard runners in. Set them a task. And manage them

Dyche was sacked from Everton for erm...bring ****ing clueless if you ask the Everton fans.

Any decent manager isn't coming here I'm afraid, not till the summer at least. The club has a bigger issue in what doe it want to be?

Even if we brought Dyche in and he performed a miracle with getting the likes of Faes and Justin to defend, what's the next step? Is dychball really what the club want?

Thing is, who do we bring in? I don't know if it's a protest, we genuinely don't have any better players. Everything I've seen  the likes of Mavididi he's been worse than Ayew and BCR offer nothing, just jogs around makes me angry lazy ****.

At least he’s got some pace which is kind of what you need when under the cosh and playing on the break…..

Spot on.

When we get relegated, I’d actually be buzzing if the new boss whilst wanting to play a brand of football was more obsessed with having the fittest squad, (Klopp lite) so to speak with players who could run and press collectively.

Our lack of professionalism with accepting players who don’t seem to be able to or want to run for 90 minutes, makes me dislike this bunch of players so much.

Mavididi certainly isn't a runner, he's the laziest jogging **** we have, he's ****ed me off so many times this season with his half hearted shite. Obviously people have different opinions, including the manager. Fact remains Rudkin has not built a squad good enough to field 11 suitable players week in week out.

He doesn't use it though he just jogs around, a few step overs, loses it and stands watching. He's been ****ing awful, he is where he deserves to be.

That’s what has wound me up about Stephy, last season he was mardy and his attitude wound me up, yet I thought he actually put in the yards and worked hard defensively.

Exactly that.

Just a mini example, that run McAteer made for the breakaway. If we had that desire - way above ability - all season, we'd have stayed up...and next season, having players with a modicum of talent but could run the bollox off every championship team, we'd walk it.

Still out of his depth. Poor decisions in the 2nd half, too dogmatic in his approach, I get Ndidi needed to be protected, first game and all, but to just ask Winks to play the same role like it's a game of Football Manager was very niave.

At the same time our inability to give him a team that have a chance of playing his system cant be forgotten. He's trying to play his brand of football with ancient wingers who offer very little, always looking to pass backwards instead of taking players on.

This squad is painfully limited and I still deflect my anger to the morons above him, who are the most culpable for this shit show we have to watch every week.

****s sake dude. You type everything I wanna say, lol. Thanks!

Stephy needs management. It's all there. We saw it last season, even when he's a mardy ****er. He's been badly managed this year

Exactly, maybe it was Enzo but he's not been at it this season at all. He's on the bench for a reason. He's been terrible, he clearly doesn't do much in training to convince otherwise. We need players who will give 100% even if they aren't that talented.

The lazy **** needs to take some responsibility himself too, he can't always have someone holding his ****ing hand. Mentality, that's the issue, this club bring in so many weak ****ers. There's clearly no decent sports psychology at the club like there was under Pearson either.  Some players might need support but it's not really a managers job these days.
