Yeah...been to the worlds a few times and Premier league(wouldn't recommend either to be honest)Matchplay and Grand slam are great.....but the Euro Tours are something else!Been to Prague and Munich......looking at Switzerland next year.

Have watched Darts since the Lakeside days of late 90’s/early 00’s, the Sport nowadays has never been better, I’ve said it in numerous Darts threads over the past few years, the depth nowadays in the PDC is ridiculous.

And it's a way better day out than footy!Took my lad when he was 4 to ally pally......everyone pissed but no trouble at all and he loved the costumes!

Anyone watch the Xmas Bullseye special with Freddie Flintoff? It's on ITVx now. Was quite a good laugh with the lads from Yorkshire and Luke Littler guest stars on it too.

 

Flintoff's Top Gear accident has made a right mess of his face though, poor bloke.

I thought it was good, too. Stayed close to the original but had a couple of 2024 twists. Also liked keeping the pro involved a lot more than the OG Bullseye did, too.

 

Helped that the Yorkshire brothers were good value. Think Flintoff was a little raw as an autocue reading presenter going solo, but if they give it a proper run he'll be brill and warm into it a lot. He's also done so, so well to recover from that accident. He spoke about it on is cricket camp show about how he didn't want to leave the house for ages etc, and the anxiety he felt/feels.

 

To recover from that is amazing so I'll always have huge respect for him.

Currently have 15 people here..and a dog, running out of beer....spending a moment of peace in the upstairs toilet.:D

I always wonder if some of the players who hit 9's struggle to maintain the levels after the celebrations. Heta was a prime example then, was 3-1 up and blew it. 

 

Shame as I thought he had a chance with the Premier League this year, that does need freshening up with players like Heta.

I know Price is quite a character but in this tournament he's overreacting in every single throw which doesn't make any sense. It makes him look like the Bruno Fernandes of darts. Imo this strange reaction is messing big time with his consistency. He'll be straight out of the tournament against a very good player.
