Becoming a regular theme nowadays on British soil. 
 

He either damaged his cue yesterday or the way he performed pissed him off so much, he has hit another spell where he can’t be arsed with the game.

Why does he bother? Constantly pulling out of tournaments at the last minute. 

Bonus for Robbo though, chance of him winning it? I'd say he's up there with a good draw.

Reckon we'll only ever see him in the UK at the Worlds and UK Championship and the odd future Masters from now on, he'll go to the money ones in China and Saudi.

Selby not playing well tonight and about to go behind 5-1, so naturally those 6 frames have taken almost 3 hours. 

 

Average frame time they brought up was 27 mins I think. Absolute shite to watch I'd imagine. People leaving throughout the match now to get home at a reasonable hour.

Not to be for Selby, not killing off a couple of frames just changed the balance of the match, especially the fourth frame. 
 

As he said in his post match interview, his game seems to be trending in the right direction, just needs to find consistency, a few of the top players seem to be in a similar boat atm.

I went on Sunday for Murphy v G Wilson. Great venue. Good atmosphere in the arena and in the fan zone etc. Friendly staff. If travelling by train easy from Alexandra Palace station. Booked tickets before draw was made but happy to see whatever came out of the hat. Would go again. If evening session allow plenty of time in case of a long match
