"After being taken ill at the weekend, LCFC Ambassador Alan Birchenall will miss the Club’s home matches this week.

 

Birch was admitted to hospital on Sunday, but he would like to let well-wishers know that he is doing well and hopes to be back in circulation soon.

 

Everyone at LCFC sends their love and best wishes to Birch during his recovery."

Was still in there last night, my partner works on the ward he's at. Without sharing too much info, he's doing okay.
