Fck sake, had me there. But to be fair, this is probably going to be an on going saga every season until we can get people to run the club that actually know how to run a football club

likely TBF. The -90m from 21/22 falls off, but 22/23 was also -92m and that will be the last year on it. from 25/26 we'll be in a much better position with those last two years of Rodgers overspend going off the assessment period.

unless our board are stupid enough to do it all over again, but there's no way that could be the case

Just thought I’d get in early.

Using figures that I'd pulled out of my arse, because I'm not privvy to the financial information of the football club, I can confirm we'll be £17.78 over PSR for that period.

+VAT as Reeves adds it to all PSR fines trying to recoup some funds

Pisses me off no-end that the chap-lipped muppet tried to claim he wasn't backed in the transfer market.

We spaffed over £200 million in the windows between him coming and Covid hitting, and £40 million on panic buys in Jan 2023 when the wheels were coming off. Our annual "marquee sale" policy to fund it obviously hit the buffers like an express train the moment the pandemic happened, and the rest is history.

He filled the squad with mostly crap players, ballooned the wage bill, and left us on the financial precipice when our form collapsed and our bargaining power shrivelled up. We even let Madders go for probably £30 million less than he was actually worth, because Spurs knew our pants were down as a relegated club. It's a toss up between Rudkin, and him and his backroom team / scouts, for who is most to blame for the mess we're now in.

Its not about running a football club its about learning to be as corrupt as **** like the greedy six. Build a hotel to sell, or sell the womens team or some cartel protection bullshit.

The rules are wank, we may have issues but these rules will destroy football.

Money and greed has already destroyed football. You are worshipping at the alter of consumerism, not sport.

It's 2525. The curious annual tradition of Leicester City's innocence in PSR has been announced to the press. What 'Leicester City,' 'PSR' and the 'Premier League' are is now lost to time, but this remains a treasured British tradition.

Grateful if someone can please check in with TalkSport and Maguire for their thoughts, would like to know if we should spend the next 12 months worrying.

Whilst I agree with you that the rules are shit and that other clubs have been doing dodgy things to get around psr, this doesn't hide the fact that our club has been terribly run for years. The likes of Brighton and Brentford have managed to stay within the rules as they are well run and have fantastic scouting systems, something we sadly don't which is why we've ended up with average/poor players on big wages which has contributed to our issues with PSR. Whilst we haven't been charged it's clear we did breach for 22/23 but got off on a technicality. Whilst you could say it was wise of the club to hire Di Marco to help get us off, we should never have been in that situation in the first place.

I think Brighton and Brentford have not won a league or FA Cup though, well run maybe but not the moments we've had, football is about winning trophies at the end of the day, the aim of the game should not be being well run and mid table, that's very much the greedy six saying 'know your place'. We gambled big on Rodgers, it failed but we are essentially being punished for trying to compete, we've made errors yes but this very much ensures there will be no more Leicester city's. Also we potentially missed out 2 times on Champions League places because the greedy 6 cheated (Chelsea) or got special allowances (Man Utd), then there's Man City. The whole thing is a farce, I'm fast losing the love for football which is a shame, it's a big part of my life but the joy is being tucked out of it VAR, PSR etc. Maybe it's time yo accept we've won things I never thought I'd see us win! It's a shame as I'd love more Euro tours!

Also the gap between Championship and Premier League is growing ever bigger, it's highly likely the promoted 3 go down again. Fair Play, Sporting Merit seem to be a thing of the past, it's about balance sheets.
