The Doctor Posted 18 January Posted 18 January where the **** is Ayew supposed to be playing, because he's never on that right wing 1
Popular Post JimJams Posted 18 January Popular Post Posted 18 January Lots of slating Ayew, but you'd only know Mav was on the pitch thanks to the teamsheet. 9
jayfox26 Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Fulham love playing out from the back and they are absolutely shite at it, so we've got to take advantage of that as it could be our only way of scoring. 1

Tazfox Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Just now, JimJams said: Lots of slating Ayew, but you'd only know Mav was on the pitch thanks to the teamsheet. I wasn't slating Ayew to be fair. More the teams overall plan of playing long balls to him. It's not his game
JimJams Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Just now, The Doctor said: where the **** is Ayew supposed to be playing, because he's never on that right wing That's the problem with this system, he's not supposed to be on the right wing, he's supposed to come inside to add a body to the mid and JJ is supposed to take the wing. And it doesn't work with the quality of player we have. 1

TrickyTrevLeftPeg Posted 18 January Posted 18 January (edited) As each game goes by I'm swaying more into the ruud out camp Yes he's inherited a poor football team and this is not his signings but since he come In there has been no improvement In No formal patterns of play No defensive structure Clear lack of movement from players which he should be onto. No motivation or lack of off from touchline. Never seen him shout or even provide instructions Poor subs/management. It's obvious that Fulham will step it up second half, gain control and a goal and it will be beyond us and I don't have the confidence in him or think he has the nous or knowhow to change the game Edited 18 January by TrickyTrevLeftPeg 1 2
lee7 Posted 18 January Posted 18 January A poor game to watch. We have no outlet. Ayew is too happy to constantly play backwards and Mavididi is having a quiet game. Everytime Bilal gets on the ball and looks up he has no one making a forward run. Buonanotte for Ayew at half time please.
Flappit Posted 18 January Posted 18 January Christ, I am starting to tire of this aimless football. It just seems the game plan is to try to dick around with the ball near the halfway line in the hope one of their defenders falls over and makes a space. No width on the right, so Fulham are able to hold a more central position and there's nowhere no make a pass through the lines that should be there. We have to stretch their defence wide, it's just too easy for them.

This is just vanilla nonsense, no excuses anymore, with Cooper we had a shot at survival which wasn’t pretty, with Ruud we have no chance
