Well Ben Davies and Eric Dier are both out of contract at the end of the season so we can waste any money we have giving them 5 year contracts on hefty wages.  Ex-Spurs.  What's not to like?

I'd like to say this was the season where things went so bad, and the source of the problems became so blindingly and painfully obvious, that the light bub finally turned on.

 

But the board sail further and further into the ice field as serenely as the Titanic.  And the fans continue to bleat for more cycling of managers into a situation even a combination of Pep, Klopp and Arne Slot couldn't fix.

 

Significant change at the top, and throughout the footballing organization, or this may end up in League One.
