Commentator on Spuds' game obviously thinks football only started with the Prem era.

Reckons it's an historic game as it's the first game Spuds have started in the relegation places at this stage of the season.

Not true - in 1977 they were 21st out of 22 on 12th April 1977, finished 22nd (bottom) and were relegated alongside Stoke and Sunderland

I think Spurs going down will be far funnier than florist, so... :D

Yes, in general football terms it will be. But also tempting to see Forest fall apart as their entire run since promotion, including getting promoted, has been based on luck really. Jon Moss handing it to them in the playoff final, us blowing up in their first season back, awful promoted teams (Sheff Utd, Luton and Burnley) the season after and then this season getting through managers on a weekly basis! And their owner is vile.

But this might be the only chance we get for Spurs to get relegated any time soon - Florist probably not so much...

Time of year, time of day, weather, location... I'm getting memories of Vardy barreling through a tired Lee Catermole defence to tap into an open net. Visit Timbuktu banners on the boards. >_<

Think Spurs will suddenly start winning games now, Leeds most likely to go down imo.

Spurs are 90% relegated if they don't win today. Their fixtures until the end are horrible with only 1 possible winnable game vs Wolves and this is away from home.

What a weird take. Brighton, Leeds and Everton at home arent “winnable”?

Spurs look like a side without an identity. Probably not a surprise because they went from Ange to Frank to Tudor to De Zerbi but they look like us where there are no patterns of play or clear targets in the game. They look like team relying on individual quality.

They're exactly like us.

Ofc not if you check the form and how all these teams are actually performing compared to Spurs. It's like watching us and every single time have hope we'll win a game and keep a clean sheet.

Spurs are down there because they're absolutely crap. They're actually a worse team than Wolves.

They just look like we did in 22/23. Almost like they are hoping someone will be worse than them.

They are just a better version of what we are now. At least they do still have players with individual quality. We've only got the occasional Fatawu screamer or an injury prone Jordan James.

I really want Spurs to go down just for all that Super League nonsense. They tried to pull up the ladder and act like they were one of the big boys of Europe - and the Premier League was beneath them

Haha, Sunderland just scored..
