I'm wondering if Leitzig will come out second half, looks very off it and has had a blow to the head

Yep, really struggling, it’s either the blow to the head or she’s got some peach schnapps in her water bottle.

Sounding like it's gonna be a tough run this season then

Who's the teams we would be looking at competing with?

realistic answer: WSL2 3rd place, which i would expect to be someone like Durham or Charlton. If we want to pretend not finishing 12th is possible, I fancy West Ham and Spurs to be down there again.

Thanks for all the answers to my questions people 🤣 don't mean to be a pest but it's interesting to know where we stand etc

So am I right in thinking then that finishing bottom doesn't mean you automatically get relegated?

not this season as the league is expanding to 14 for next season, bottom place plays 3rd from WSL in a play off with the top 2 getting automatic promotion

Normally it does but this year the top division is being expanded so two up automatically then a play off between WSL1 12th and WSL2 3rd.

as the league is expanding, not this season. It's why if you want to do a radical rebuild, this is the season to do it, less danger if things take time. Problem is, our rebuild is stupid and doesn't make sense

So who's the new manager coming in and are there positives about their appointment? Also why the wait until November?

Matt Beard. He's on gardening leave from Burnley who he joined in the summer then tried to immediately quit from. Liverpool manager of the last 4 years. He's got reasonable pedigree tbf

Not like us to make appointing a manager so hard 🤣

Liverpool, Spurs & West Ham don't look like they have strengthened much.

I think Liverpool are going to struggle more than usual this season (which appears to already be playing out on day one :D !)
