The sub windows are bloody annoying here, Man U made 3 separate subs in the space of 13mins, we’ve made 2 in 7minutes ffs the plan couldn’t have changed that much between the 1st & 3rd (2nd for us)

I hope we get some indication how long the missing players (Goodwin, Swarby, Mouchon, Chossenotte, Draper) are out for, some of them will make a big difference, I also hope we're not playing a back 3 all season

It’s going to be a long hard season, if this level of performance both in out of possession is the standard. Way off it, will struggle to score 10 goals this season if we play like this every week.

There was a shot of at the end of someone on our bench with crutches but I couldn't make out who it was

The women's team is a sideline. Bit like Ratcliffe at United, probably wouldn't know the captain if he shook her hand.

Agreed. We were poor, got better in the second half, not a lot, but looked more organised at least.

Hoped we'd avoid a hiding, but unfortunately couldn't.

 

Our passing was the most worrying part for me, but I am hoping its more of an issue of the team getting the gel. Passing accuracy is not good (66%).

 

Leitzig was abysmal, which is very surprising. I'd say all 3 of the first 4 goals could have been avoided/saved.

 

At the end of the day, it's an away day against the top 4, which no one would have expected us to win anyway and the performance was probably on par with some of the performances from last seasons away games.

Definitely holding out on judgement for a few more games yet.

Agree but women’s football getting bigger all the time and we are just getting left behind. It will turn out the big 6 in the women’s game and we will just be cannon fodder

We're not a big club though, that's like saying that the mens team should go and spend £100m on someone because that's what the big clubs do.

Yes it's a fraction of the amount, but the scale is completely different.

I couldn't agree more that investing in the team will reap long term benefits and stop others from running away with the league. For whatever reason, that's just not the business model and it's something we have to live with unfortunately.

Not saying it's right, but it's not how the women's team operate.
